We offer 4-hour introduction courses with a 2-hour follow-up session, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the methods and concepts. Whether you’re new to systems thinking or familiar with some methods, our training provides the tools and strategies you need to improve your business processes.
Delegate rate: £675 + VAT for the first booking. Add additional delegates with a 20% fee reduction. For organisations, online training for up to six delegates is available at £1650 + VAT per course. We also offer bespoke or in-person courses upon request.
