Prof. Martin Parr is a distinguished consultant with a specialisation in business transformation across public and private sectors. With an impressive background in executing consultancy assignments for complex, large-scale projects, he brings a wealth of expertise in catalysing corporate change through systems thinking. His proficiency lies in strategically formulating and instituting organisational objectives that foster growth and achievement.
Throughout his illustrious career, Prof. Parr has been entrusted with the pivotal role of devising strategies and conducting comprehensive assessments for UK projects featuring substantial annual budgets surpassing £1 billion. A standout accomplishment includes his instrumental contribution to establishing governance and assurance protocols for the UK government's major projects portfolio, boasting an exceptional whole-life cost of approximately £600 billion.
A core facet of his work revolves around guiding senior leaders through intricate landscapes. Prof. Parr excels in furnishing them with timely, accurate information, enabling them to make well-rounded, informed decisions. Simon Devonshire has an extensive corporate career and is also a serial entrepreneur. He previously ran O2 Business, the business division of the mobile-network and co-founded Wayra Europe, the business accelerator belonging to Telefonica. He served as Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) for the UK Government for three and a half years, reporting to Dept BEIS. Simon co-founded One Water which has donated more than £20m to providing clean water in Africa. He also helped scale-up Zopa.com at seed-stage.

Sophie Jackson is an accomplished professional who has been an integral part of Guided Systems Solutions and Systems Thinking AI since their inception. With an initial background in Biology, Sophie has amassed an impressive 15-year track record of success in both the private and public sectors, including notable roles within the MOD, as well as the retail and charity sectors.
Throughout her career, Sophie has consistently demonstrated her ability to create and seamlessly integrate systems, identify and implement efficiency-enhancing measures across various domains, assemble and lead high-performing teams, and achieve ISO accreditation, among other significant achievements. Her expertise shines particularly bright in effecting substantial improvements within highly constrained environments, a testament to her exceptional talent and dedication.
Sophie's diverse range of experiences has ultimately crystallised her true passion in life: systems thinking! Most recently, she played a pivotal role in a transformative project for a small charity, employing VSM (Viable System Model) to help shape the organisation's strategic direction and drive it forward.

Following a career in the MoD working on a variety of research projects, defence policy and operational scientific advice in Iraq and Afghanistan, Julian provided internal systems thinking consultancy services across Government, looking at the School Support Grants for Dept Of Education, Critical National Infrastructure for Cabinet Office, Strategy for Joint Forces Command, organisational design for the Defence Safety Authority.
Julian now provides Skills Coaching on Systems Thinking Apprenticeships and facilitates research review panels for Dstl. He is Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the IET, and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and Coaching and Behaviour Change.

Adam’s unique strength as a Systems Thinker lies in his career spanning various sectors in roles of all levels. With a background in Non-profit, Sports, and Government, and first-hand experience in both start-ups and multinational corporations, he’s witnessed many different patterns over the years.
He’s played a key role in facilitating vital changes within organisations, including the implementation of Human Resource systems and Health and Safety procedures and protocols. He’s been trusted with roles in HR, Design, and Operations, which have all given him unique insights and the ability to see both the whole picture and how components interact.
With an innate passion for research, he’s ever-striving for knowledge and understanding, with a keen eye for details and a genuine interest in people and their experiences. His Systems Thinking approach extends into his personal life, seeking to understand the world at large and living a holistic lifestyle filled with mindfulness and intention.

Carolina started her career in Software Engineering, working for many years in an agile environment as a programmer and also as a Product Manager, eventually finding herself knee deep in systems and processes as a Business Process Manager. Wherever she is, she gets a real kick out of tackling messy problems, deeply understanding people and their needs, and facilitating simple, effective strategies and solutions. When she discovered Systems Thinking, she realised how powerful it is combined with Lean and Agile methodologies to develop strategy, stop firefighting and get everyone pulling in the same direction. Now working as a Lean, Agile and Systems Thinking coach and consultant, she also brings her many years of practical experience to Systems Thinking and Agile tutoring and educating opportunities
